This Policy explains how NEXLI SOLUTIONS LLP ("we") collects and uses personal information when you use Simply Apply at us.simply-apply.in.

1. Information you give us

Name, email address, mobile number (asked at sign-up), resume, work and education history, job preferences, answers you save for application forms (for example work authorization, desired salary and years of experience), and messages you send to support.

2. Information created when you use the Service

Applications made and their status, credit usage, feature use, browser and helper version, device and operating-system details, and error reports.

3. How we use it

To find jobs, fill in and send the applications you ask for, keep track of credits, secure the Service, provide support, improve the product and meet legal obligations.

4. Job sites and employers

When you ask Simply Apply to apply on Indeed or LinkedIn, the information needed for that application is entered on that site and sent to the employer. Their privacy policies then apply. The Simply Apply Helper works inside your own browser: your Indeed and LinkedIn passwords are typed only into those sites' own sign-in pages, and we never receive them.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share limited information with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting and email), with job sites and employers at your direction, or when required by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service, keep records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method is completely secure, so please protect your devices and accounts too.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to get a copy of it, by writing to contact@simply-apply.in. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we honor them and will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be kept for legal reasons. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. International transfers

We are based in India and our servers may be located outside your country. By using the Service, your information is processed where we and our service providers operate, with the safeguards described here.
