These Terms govern your use of Simply Apply (the "Service") at us.simply-apply.in, provided by NEXLI SOLUTIONS LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Simply Apply

Simply Apply helps you find job openings and automates steps of applying on supported job sites (currently Indeed and LinkedIn). It runs on the website together with the Simply Apply Helper browser extension, in your own browser and with your own job-site accounts. Supported sites and features may change over time. Simply Apply is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indeed or LinkedIn.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the job sites you connect.
  • You are responsible for your profile, resume, saved answers (including what you say about work authorization, salary and experience), job-site sign-ins and the roles you choose to apply to. Keep your answers truthful.
  • Keep your login details safe and tell us at contact@simply-apply.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits

  • The Service runs on credits. Each application that is successfully sent uses one credit. Applications that fail, are skipped or were already applied to give their credit back.
  • During early access, credits are free (given when you sign up) and paid plans are not on sale. If we introduce paid plans, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy and added to these Terms.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

4. Automation and outcomes

You choose the jobs to apply to and are responsible for reviewing what is submitted on your behalf. Simply Apply does not guarantee that applications will be accepted, viewed by employers, or lead to interviews or employment. Daily application limits apply.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, misrepresent yourself, resell, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass credit or usage controls, or break the rules of the job sites. Simply Apply never solves "confirm you're a person" checks for you. We may suspend access to protect users, the job sites or the Service.

6. Third-party services

Indeed, LinkedIn and employers are independent of us. Their terms, policies, availability and changes are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may be updated, paused or discontinued. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

8. Intellectual property

NEXLI SOLUTIONS LLP owns the Service, software and branding. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it for your own job search.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for employer decisions, third-party outages or indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US$50.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
